Stable and uninterrupted electricity supply will be guaranteed. The initial phase will commence with 27 megawatts and eventually scaled up to a 300-megawatt thermal power plant which will supply stable electricity for the smooth industrial operation and living comfort of investors, residents and workers within the Enugu Industrial Park.

Underground central sewage networks of sufficient size and with a capacity for evacuating and treating high volumes of effluence from all the zones within the Industrial Park.

The Enugu Industrial Park Water supply scheme is under the operation of two Chinese companies and this is to ensure steady availability of over 5,000 m3 daily of industrial grade and domestic water for various uses in the park.

The park infrastructure includes well planned underground central drainage networks designed to evacuate rain and treated wastewater from the industrial, commercial, residential and other zones within the Industrial Park.
